Associate Workers' Compensation Attorney

The role focuses on managing the full litigation lifecycle for workers’ compensation cases. Key Eligibility Criteria Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience.

Skills: Strong communication, self‑starter mentality, and ability to prioritize high‑volume workloads. Responsibilities & Scope of Work Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements. Conducting fact investigations and legal research. Managing client communication and providing case updates. Defending and taking depositions. Participating in mediations and court procedures. Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Salary: Starting $105,000.00 per annum. Incentives: Performance‑based incentive plan up to $15,000 per calendar year.
