Director of Corporate Development & Capital Strategy

Equinix is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to lead AMER capital sourcing, deal execution and portfolio prioritization. You will present investment structures to the Investment Committee and work with senior management and external capital partners. In this role, you will build a regional view of capital deployment across expansion, joint ventures, and partnerships, ensuring rigorous underwriting and clear communication at the executive level.
