Director, People Systems & Workday Architecture – Remote

ClickHouse is seeking a Director, People Systems to own the strategy and evolution of our global HR systems, with Workday at the core. You will be the senior SME and strategic partner ensuring scalable data, processes, and technology across the organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage external partners, and establish governance while driving Workday releases, integrations, and analytics, shaping a world-class HR tech ecosystem.
