The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our administration team. This role is crucial in supporting HR operations across the company and ensuring all staff work in an atmosphere that fosters mutual respect and continuous improvement Key Responsibilitiess: Support HR operations across all areas, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage HR projects and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and productivity. Assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issu Detailsls: Full Time, Monday-Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) ONSITEPTO (136 Hours)Holidaynce 401K Retirement Plan with Employer Match Employee Discou Requirementsnts: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices including recruiting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field annd/or 2+ years of experience in HR operations Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures Excellent oral and written communication skillsinterpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of employees (Hourly to Executive level)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP)Some travel between stores is required.
