Job Summary: Job Finders Employment Services is seeking dependable Production Associates for full-time opportunities with a local manufacturing client in Jefferson City, MO.This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include packaging finished products, stacking materials, assisting with production equipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities: Package finished products into boxes and stack boxes onto pallets. Verify products are packed accurately and meet quality requirements. Assist with production equipment and material handling as assigned. Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency. Follow workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Rotate between workstations and tasks as needed. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more without assistance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and twisting. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Work Environment: This is an on-site manufacturing position involving prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and frequent lifting and material handling. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
