Litigation Associate Attorney Housing Injury amp Tenant Rights

Duties: Act as lead counsel in California Superior Court for trials, settlement conferences, and hearings. Manage civil cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings and conducting depositions. Investigate and litigate housing injury and tenant harassment claims under local and state laws. Communicate compassionately with clients facing challenging living situations.

Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution. Active California State Bar License in good standing. 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation; experience in personal injury or landlord-tenant habitability is a plus. Confidence in oral advocacy, brief writing, and motion practice. Strong knowledge of the California Civil Discovery Act and motion practice procedures. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications: Active California State Bar License. Skills Oral advocacy and courtroom presence. Strong organizational and case management skills. Compassionate client communication.
