Supervising the HVAC Technical Team, the full-time remote HVAC Operations Supervisor will mentor associates, oversee daily operations, and ensure performance goals are met while focusing on coaching and team development.

Key responsibilities: Supervises daily operations of the HVAC Technical Team, providing coaching and feedback Sets performance targets using data analytics and monitors team activities to meet service and productivity goals Trains and develops associates on contract information and departmental policies while reporting on team performance metricsRequired qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience 4+ years of experience in coaching call center supervisors and associates 3+ years of supervisory experience Experience within the HVAC trade preferred Advanced PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
