As aDirect Support Professional, you'll have the opportunity to: Make a meaningful impact bysupporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) .Play a key role as amentor, teacher, guide, and advocate .Support clients in areas such as: Community Access Personal Care Medical Appointments Peer Interactions Recreational Activities
What We're Looking For:
  • Good Judgment & Problem-Solvingskills
  • Excellentcommunicationandteam collaborationabilities
  • A passion for helping others and the willingness tolearn and growwithin the role
  • What You Need to Apply:
  • Be21+years old
  • Have reliabletransportationand avalid CA Driver's License
  • Must pass abackground check
  • Previous experience in human services is aplus
