Production Operator | Entry Level

Job Description: Are you ready to be part of a company that helps keep food, flowers, and medical supplies safe during transport? This entry-level Production Operator position is a great way to get started in manufacturing with a company that’s making a real impact. The team behind the InsulTote line of packaging products creates high-performance thermal packaging—boxes, pouches, bags, and more—that help customers deliver temperature-sensitive products safely and efficiently. Unlike bulky insulated packaging, InsulTote products are compact, helping customers reduce shipping costs, warehouse labor, and storage space. This temp-to-hire role offers hands-on training, a friendly team environment, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a company that values learning and innovation.

As a Production Operator, you’ll be cross-trained across multiple departments—including packaging, duct, and machine operation—helping the team meet daily production goals while learning new skills and contributing to a collaborative workplace.
