Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 civil defense matters
Defend clients in premises liability, construction defect, and general liability claims
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for trial
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
Minimum 2 years of practical civil defense litigation experience
Experience in general liability, premises liability, or construction defect preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills
