Global Brand & Creative Excellence Leader

Nubank is seeking a global Brand and Creative leader to own the craft and standards across markets. This is a first Global Creative & Brand Foundations Center of Excellence role, building the infrastructure, tooling, and governance to scale quality as Nubank grows internationally. You will set the creative bar, define how great work is measured, and build in-house production capabilities, with AI-assisted workflows and tight governance to support regional execution.
