Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a skilled Commercial and Securities Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex litigation matters within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Duties:
Collaborate with top litigators on sophisticated commercial and securities litigation cases.
Represent clients in state and federal courts and various arbitration forums, including AAA and FINRA.
Draft high-level motions, briefs, and memoranda.
Engage in advocacy opportunities such as hearings, depositions, and arbitration.
Requirements:
3 to 7 years of relevant commercial/business litigation experience.
Specific experience in securities litigation and arbitration is a plus.
Licensed and in good standing in Texas.
Strong knowledge of Texas law and federal and state rules of procedure and evidence.
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
Education JD from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
