Senior Operations Associate

Heartland Fund is seeking a Senior Operations Associate. For a thoughtful, mission-driven professional, this position is an exciting opportunity to support new systems and processes in a rapidly growing grantmaking organization and ever changing compliance environment. Heartland Fund’s Senior Operations Associate plays a central role in keeping our organization running smoothly, weaving together board and governance support, internal communications, leadership team coordination, and day-to-day operational backbone. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactively anticipates needs, and exercises excellent judgment in a fast-paced environment. You will have an opportunity to help us enable equitable investment in rural communities, democracy, and climate solutions.
