We’re hiring an Operations Assistant in New Orleans to support schedules, records, team communication, and everyday business needs. You’ll work with different colleagues, learn our processes, and help turn outstanding requests into completed tasks. Your Daily Responsibilities Update shared calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments. Track operational requests, deadlines, and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate spreadsheets, records, and internal systems. Prepare documents, meeting materials, and routine progress updates. Contact colleagues, customers, and suppliers for information or confirmations. Organize office supplies, materials, and shared resources. Assist with onboarding arrangements and team activities. Keep digital files and operational documentation accessible. Flag missing information or routine issues and coordinate next steps. Support ongoing projects as priorities change. Experience Comes in Different FormsNew Orleans hospitality, retail, and guest-facing experience can provide a useful foundation: handling requests, communicating with different people, and staying organized during busy periods. Previous operations or office experience is helpful but not essential. We welcome applicants starting their careers or bringing transferable skills from another field. You should be: Dependable and comfortable taking responsibility for assigned tasks. Clear and professional when communicating. Attentive to accuracy and follow-through. Confident using email, documents, and basic spreadsheets. Willing to learn, ask questions, and respond to feedback. A Practical Place to Build Your Skills Training will cover company systems, procedures, and day-to-day responsibilities.
