Job TypeTemp-to-Hire | Full-TimeJob Summary As a Sanitation Lead, you will help oversee daily sanitation operations to ensure production equipment and facility areas meet food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. You will also provide leadership and training to sanitation team members. Sanitation Lead Job DutiesLead daily sanitation activities and ensure cleaning procedures are completed correctly Monitor the preparation, handling, and proper use of cleaning chemicals Perform sanitation inspections throughout the facility and address areas needing attention Conduct microbiological sampling and support food safety and sanitation requirements Train and support sanitation team members while monitoring performance, attendance, and daily responsibilities Sanitation Lead Job Requirements 13 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or food production environment At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in Sanitation, Food Safety, or Quality Assurance Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule based on production needs Schedule3rd Shift: 9:00 PM5:30 AM. Schedule may include MondaySunday with 2 days off during the week. Days and hours may vary based on production needs.
