Job Title Commercial Real Estate Attorney LocationsMultiple locations available throughout the United States. Salary/Package Basic salary + bonus/package dependant with qualification and experience. The firm represents sophisticated real estate owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients in complex commercial transactions across the United States. The Real Estate Group is known for its collaborative culture, early responsibility, and direct client exposure, providing attorneys with meaningful autonomy while working on high-value, sophisticated matters.
Responsibilities:
Represent commercial real estate clients in a broad range of transactions, including:
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Commercial leasing
- Development matters
- Real estate financing transactions (lender and borrower side)
- Manage multiple sophisticated transactions simultaneously with appropriate autonomy
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
- Interact directly with CEOs, business owners, and senior decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with partners and other practice groups
- Contribute to business development initiatives and practice group growth
- Serve as an active and engaged member of the Firm’s Real Estate Group
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience with real estate financing transactions is a significant plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, and legal writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid academic credentials
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
- Interest in business development and long-term practice growth
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Certifications:
Candidates must be admitted in the state they reside.
