Inside Sales Specialist

Role Description: The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Clinton, TN. This role involves generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating the value of iTOOLco's product offerings to clients. Additionally, the Specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications: Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead GenerationStrong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team membersHighly organized with a results-driven mindsetExperience in the electrical tools or construction industry is a plusProficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applicationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
