Raw Materials Associate - Day Shift

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PMWeek 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week! Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest.

Your Role: Perform quality tests, measure, and document results, including proactively addressing materials issues to meet our standards Apply mathematical knowledge to estimate the amount of materials needed for production activities Utilize specialized equipment to prepare raw materials to specification Keep production running efficiently with timely material delivery Foster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service and support Uphold a clean, tidy, and safe workspace You're a Good Fit If You Have (Or If You Can)High School diploma or GED preferred 18 years of age required Capability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50lbs to support production needsA self-motivated individual who can excel independently while managing time effectively Basic math skills and general computer proficiency We Invite You to See Yourself at Marvin Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in many of the premium windows and doors manufactured by Marvin, a family-owned and -led company.
