About the Job: Our client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is looking for a proactive and experienced Sourcing / Production Manager (Chinese-speaking) to join their global operations team. This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives on managing factory relationships, streamlining production processes, and optimizing costs. Are you fluent in Chinese and experienced in managing factory-side operations? Do you have a proven track record in sourcing, supplier compliance, and production reliability? As a Sourcing / Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing factory-side operations from purchase order (PO) placement through production, quality control, and freight pickup. You will drive cost savings and ensure smooth production cycles with a strong focus on execution, accuracy, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities: Factory & Supplier Management: Manage and nurture factory relationships Negotiate terms, MOQs, and pricing Ensure on-time PO confirmations and production timelines Cost & Production Optimization: Track raw material costs and currency exchange rates to time purchases optimally Drive cost reduction strategies without compromising on quality Maintain or improve unit economics Quality Assurance: Manage sample approvals and conduct quality checks Ensure order defect rate remains
