1656 Supervisor

What We’re Looking For: English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols. Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.

Work Environment: Work may take place in office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location needs.
