ANALYST II (536857) — Case Management Analyst

Case Management Analyst Under the direction of the Disciplinary Review Unit Supervisor I, the Analyst II serves as a Case Management Analyst responsible for managing complex administrative disciplinary cases referred to the Office of the Attorney General. The incumbent coordinates with Deputy Attorneys General, prepares and monitors case referrals, assists with administrative hearing preparation, tracks case deadlines, maintains case records, and provides analytical support for accusations, Statement of Issues, citation and firearm appeals, probation matters, and other disciplinary actions. The incumbent works 40 hours per week in an office setting, with artificial light and temperature control. Daily access to and use of a personal computer and telephone is essential. Sitting and standing requirements are consistent with office work. It is essential that the incumbent have the ability to professionally and courteously handle calls and correspondence of various tones and temperaments from the public and employees. Occasional travel, by various methods of transportation, including overnight stays, is required for this position. DCA educates consumers and protects professionals from unfair competition by unlicensed practitioners.
