Groundskeeper & Maintenance Associate

Greystar is seeking a maintenance team member to ensure the physical aspects of the community are well-kept, with attention to grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team and help maintain safe and clean common areas. Responsibilities include inspecting the community, removing litter, handling turnover tasks, changing locks, notifying supervisors of hazards, and upholding Greystar safety policies. A valid driver's license is required to operate a golf cart on property.
