Clinical Dietetic Technician

Location: Bay Pines VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, FLWork Type: Full-time, Onsite

Labor Category: Health Technician (Dietetic)Schedule Rotating shifts, 7 days/week (including holidays)Day: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PMEvening: 10:30 AM – 7:30

PMKey Responsibilities: Tray assembly and meal delivery Diet order processing Support therapeutic diet implementation Collaborate with clinical staff Ensure compliance with VA dietary guidelines

Minimum Qualifications: DTR Certification, OR Bachelor's degree or 24+ semester hours in a nutrition-related field Required Experience & Skills Hospital food service experience (tray line, delivery, diet orders)Knowledge of therapeutic diets: IDDSI, Renal, Diabetic, Cardiac, MNTAbility to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays For more information contact: Betty Spectrum, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
