Associate Recruiter – Entry Level | No Recruiting Experience Required

You do NOT need recruiting experience to apply. In fact, this opportunity was designed for people who are new to recruiting. At Equiliem, we’ll teach you how to become a recruiter from the ground up through comprehensive, hands-on training. You bring the personality, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the recruiting business.

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, sales, call centers, athletics, or campus leadership can be a great foundation for this position — but it is not required.
