We work with many of the world's leading entertainment licenses and sell across major ecommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Best Buy Marketplace, Target+, Tik Tok Shop and our growing Shopify business. As our ecommerce business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead and further develop our fulfilment operation in Henderson, Nevada. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-growing business. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving warehouse efficiency and supporting the continued growth of our ecommerce business.

The Role: As Ecommerce Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day ecommerce fulfilment operation, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently and to the highest standards. Working closely with company leadership, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, optimise workflows and implement operational best practices that enhance performance across our ecommerce business. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on warehouse leadership and offers genuine opportunities for career progression as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the daily operation of our ecommerce fulfilment department. Manage order processing across multiple ecommerce marketplaces. Oversee picking, packing and shipping to ensure speed, accuracy and excellent customer service. Manage Ship Station and continually optimise fulfilment workflows. Work within Amazon Seller Central and other ecommerce platforms to maintain high operational standards. Monitor key performance indicators including dispatch times, order accuracy, inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity and operational performance. Maintain excellent inventory accuracy and stock control. Develop and document operational procedures where appropriate. Work closely with senior leadership to support ongoing business growth. Recruit, train and develop additional team members as the operation expands. Essential Experience Minimum five years' experience managing ecommerce fulfilment, warehouse or operations teams. Proven experience improving warehouse processes and operational efficiency within an ecommerce environment. Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfilment, inventory management and warehouse best practices. Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and ecommerce shipping platforms such as Ship Station. Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills. Confident making decisions and taking ownership of operational performance. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with warehouse or inventory management systems. We're Looking For Someone Who Leads by example and enjoys working as part of a team.
