About the Role:
The associate will work on sophisticated employment litigation matters involving:
- Workplace discrimination claims
- Harassment and retaliation matters
- Pay equity and wage-related disputes
- Wrongful termination and adverse employment actions
- Complex labor and employment litigation from inception through resolution
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of litigation experience
- Background in labor and employment law preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience managing cases and interacting with clients
- Passion for employee rights and civil rights advocacy
