Plant Controller: Strategy, Finance & Operations

Owens Corning is seeking a Plant Controller to provide financial leadership for a manufacturing facility in Fort Mill, SC. You will partner with the Plant Leader and site leadership to drive profitability, capital efficiency, and strong internal controls. The role covers planning and forecasting, monthly closes, KPI development across safety, quality, service and cost, and cross‑functional collaboration for staffing, procurement and production decisions.
