Role Description: The Program Manager is a full-time, responsible for overseeing complex technology and business initiatives from planning through implementation. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, defines project scopes, timelines, and milestones, and ensures alignment with client objectives and LifeSpan Consulting’s roadmap recommendations. The Program Manager monitors program performance, manages risks and dependencies, and communicates status updates and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating meetings, maintaining documentation, tracking budgets and resources, and resolving issues to keep programs on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or programs, including planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., technology, operations, product, and executive stakeholders) to align program goals with business strategies.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder communication, status reporting, and expectation management, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear actions.
  • Proficiency in program and project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) and standard documentation practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements, and to implement practical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications) are a plus.
  • SFDC and/or Veeva experience
  • Prior experience in consulting, technology services, or managing programs related to product launches, acquisitions, or business scaling is strongly preferred.
