Intake Specialist- Riverside, CA

Key Responsibilities: Receive, document, and process incoming gear using established intake procedures Verify inventory accuracy and maintain chain-of-custody documentation Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries Assist with tagging, sorting, tracking, and staging gear for cleaning and inspection Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support general warehouse and operational activities as needed Operate company vehicles in accordance with all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications: Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic computer and mobile device proficiency Customer service experience is a plus Experience in logistics, delivery, warehouse, or inventory management preferred but not required
