What You'll Do:
- Lead regional electrical engineering teams
- Drive engineering strategy, QA/QC, commissioning, and project delivery
- Support proposals, client presentations, and business development
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent
- Provide technical leadership on large, high-risk projects
Required Qualifications:
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Architectural, or related Engineering field
- 10+ years of electrical, facilities, or building systems engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on data center design experience
