Dental Assisting III

Key Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across a full range of dental procedures Lead and support back-office staff training, scheduling, and workflow Oversee patient flow, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure excellent customer service Maintain sterilization, OSHA compliance, and equipment maintenance Manage supply inventory, ordering, and emergency kit logs Support insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and patient treatment planning Assist supervisors with policy implementation, performance monitoring, and quality improvement

Qualifications: Dental Assistant Registration with Washington State DOH required Completion of formal Dental Assistant program or 3+ years experience Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience (or 3+ years without formal training) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire; TB testing annually Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.

Starting Wage: $24.28 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday Friday (Can be edited based on need)

Hourly: Hourly Plan, 25.78 USD Hourly
