Attorney – IP & Corporate/Commercial Litigation

Responsibilities: Manage litigation matters - IP disputes (patent, trademark, trade secret) or corporate/commercial matters (fiduciary duty, business torts, contract disputes) - from strategy through trial Serve as Delaware counsel alongside national law firms on complex, high-stakes matters Appear before the Delaware Court of Chancery, District of Delaware, and other Delaware courts Communicate directly with clients and co-counsel on case strategy and status

Qualifications: 2+ years of litigation experience (specific range depends on practice area - IP litigation background preferred for the IP role, ideally including ANDA/Hatch-Waxman experience; Chancery Court or corporate litigation exposure preferred for the Commercial role) Delaware Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 - $290,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
