Head of Facilities & Real Estate Strategy

Slate seeks a Head of Facilities to lead the strategic oversight of all corporate real estate and workplace environments across the company’s footprint. You’ll partner with senior leadership to maintain safety, compliance, and brand-aligned workplaces that enable productivity. This role manages headquarters in Troy, MI and satellite offices, driving capital planning, project delivery, and vendor management while supporting growth and space optimization.
