  • Service add-onsHVAC conversions Strong performers can significantly increase earnings through commissions.
What You'll Be Doing: This is primarily residential service electrical work with strong earning potential through performance:
  • Hot tub / spa electrical installs (60A, subpanels, disconnects)
  • Main panel upgrades & replacementsEV charger installations (Tesla / Level 2)
  • Ceiling fan & lighting installs
  • Troubleshooting & service calls
  • Running new circuits and subpanels
  • Customer-facing recommendations and solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for HVAC upgrades (training provided) Bonus Income Opportunities
  • We actively encourage cross-trade sales:
  • Earn commissions on:
  • HVAC system upgrades
  • Mini split installs
  • Electrical panel upgrades
  • Additional service work
  • If you can communicate value to homeowners, your income potential grows fast.
What We're Looking For:
  • Journeyman Electrician (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong residential service experience
  • Clean, professional, customer-first attitude
  • Ability to diagnose, explain, and recommend solutions
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and upgrades
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Valid driver's license Huge Plus If You Have
  • Service sales / upselling experience
  • Panel upgrades & heavy-up experience
  • Spa / hot tub wiring experienceHVAC familiarity (not required)
  • Experience with Housecall Pro or similar CRM Why Join UsWork directly with ownership
