Superintendent

J-Corp Development is seeking a Commercial / Multifamily Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on projects throughout the Wasatch Front. This role is ideal for an experienced field leader who can take ownership of a project, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedule and quality, and work closely with the Project Manager to keep construction moving. Key Responsibilities Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination Maintain project schedule and short-term look-ahead planning Coordinate inspections, deliveries, manpower, and site logistics Review plans and identify field conflicts before they impact construction Maintain quality control, safety, and jobsite organization Communicate progress, issues, and upcoming needs with the Project Manager Lead subcontractor/site meetings and drive accountability Complete daily reporting and project documentation Ideal Candidate Commercial or multifamily construction experience with strong field knowledge, communication skills, organization, and the ability to independently run a project from mobilization through closeout. Comfortable working in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management tools.
