Chiropractic Headhunters is hiring: Integrated Care Chiropractor - Clinic Director in Woodbridge

Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Doctor of Chiropractic/Clinic Director to provide direct patient care while helping lead the clinic toward continued growth. Responsibilities include patient consultation and evaluation, chiropractic diagnosis, manual adjusting, X-ray review when appropriate, care recommendations, patient education, accurate documentation, and monitoring patient progress. The role also includes tracking key patient-management metrics, supporting wellness membership growth, participating in community outreach and marketing, and helping lead weekly staff training. The clinic maintains a higher-volume workflow supported by an established team and comprehensive EHR. Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with some evening or weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate is self-driven, teachable, team-oriented, and able to communicate confidently with patients and staff. Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college and current Virginia licensure. Minimum 2-3 years of chiropractic experience required. Strong manual adjusting skills, including Diversified and side-posture adjusting; computerized adjusting experience is valued. Comfort with neurological assessment, orthopedic testing, diagnostic X-rays, E-Stim, and ultrasound. Must be eligible for malpractice coverage in Virginia and have definite plans to relocate to the area.

Other Information: Compensation is $95,001 and above.
