Sanitation Lead 2nd Shift in Hunt Valley

Major Responsibilities: To oversee the process of cleaning production equipment, machines, and works areas in food processing facilities. Responsible for handling and preparing chemicals, preparing sanitizers, chemical concentrations. Duties, Responsibilities, and Authority 1. Reading chemical labels or Safety data Sheet (SDS)2. Complete sanitation schedule and sanitation form 3. Monitoring sanitation room cleaning conditions 4. Train new sanitation personnel on the floor 5. Control the correct use of coloring tools for different clean process 6. Ensure the integrity of the sanitation program 7. Maintain control of the inventory necessary for cleaning and PPE supplier 8. Performing cleaning janitorial task 9. Assigning responsibilities to sanitation 10. Communicate with QA department for any issue on the sanitation Qualifications 1. Job Knowledge a.

Education: High School Diploma b. 2 yrs. Previous sanitation experience in food facilities c. 2 yrs in a manufacturing facility. Must be able to read and understand Training documents.2. Skills a. Ability to read and comprehend technical charts and manuals.b. Effective communication skills, written and verbal.c. Excellent organization skillsd. Ability to work without supervision.e.
