Key responsibilities:
Directly manage operational staff for government contract delivery and oversee multiple complex program tasks
Plan, budget, and manage government contracts, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met
Develop strategic business objectives and maintain primary client relationships to enhance contract performance and satisfaction
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree (MBA or healthcare-related) preferred
10+ years of account management experience in a healthcare insurance environment, with Medicaid and Medicare experience desired
5+ years of experience in government program integrity/payment integrity
5+ years of project management experience, with a PMP certification preferred
Knowledge of Federal and State Government Healthcare Contracting and relevant regulations
