Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician

Responsibilities: Operate plasma machine Read and interpret technical drawings, and work orders to fabricate sheet metal componentsOperate fabrication equipment including shears, press brakes, rollers, and punch pressesMeasure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to specified dimensions and tolerancesPerform MIG, TIG, or spot welding as required for assembly and fabricationInspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specificationsMaintain and perform routine maintenance on fabrication machinery and toolsFollow all shop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work areaRequirements:3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related manufacturing roleProficiency with fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, and CNC machineryAbility to read and interpret duct drawingsExperience with welding techniques (MIG, TIG, or spot welding) is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersReliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environmentAbout Us: Consolitech International LLC is a trusted name in metal fabrication and manufacturing, proudly serving customers from our North Chesterfield, VA facility.
