Senior Demand Planner We are hiring a Senior Demand Planner for a growing omnichannel consumer products business. You will own the end-to-end demand planning process, combining company and category targets with SKU-level forecasting to translate historical sales, seasonality, market trends, promotions, product lifecycle, and wholesale demand into accurate forecasts, inventory requirements, and purchasing recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain SKU-, category-, and company-level demand forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, trends, promotions, product lifecycle, and other relevant demand drivers. Reconcile top-down commercial targets with bottom-up SKU forecasts, identify gaps or changes in demand patterns, and monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and other key demand planning KPIs. Own the demand planning component of the S&OP process, partnering with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to align commercial expectations, forecast assumptions, and operational requirements. Build and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting; ensure sales, inventory, and product data are accurate; and present key demand changes, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to leadership. Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and planning processes through data analysis, testing, and performance review.

Highly analytical, commercially minded, detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
