Coatings Plant Director - 100+ Team, Excellence

Axalta is seeking a Production Plant Manager for our Orrville, Ohio facility. You will direct all plant operations, lead a 100+ employee organization, and own production, warehousing and maintenance to deliver best-in-class service and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience with lean practices, Kaizen and capital projects. You will partner across functions to translate global strategies into local execution and drive continuous improvement.
