Caribbean Luxury Resorts Business Growth Manager

Kab Search seeks a Miami-based Business Development Manager for luxury Caribbean resorts. You will drive growth by expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and generating new revenue streams across our hotel portfolio in the Caribbean. The role reports to senior leadership and collaborates with the Director of Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Property GMs to achieve measurable revenue growth and margin integrity.
