Lead electrical construction from precon through closeout Build and manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies Partner directly with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality checks that keep projects tight and clean Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation Mentor field supervisors and elevate team performance Drive communication, accountability, and project momentum every step of the way
