Job Title: Corporate Accounting Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 day onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary plus 20% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze, and review components of the consolidated general ledger
  • Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Identify improvements to accounting processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
  • Implement AI-enabled solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity
  • Prepare internal and external reporting and support the year-end audit
  • Review accounting for corporate-owned fixed assets and leases, debt, goodwill, and investments
  • Assist with corporate income tax compliance
Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeCPA required 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience within corporate accounting or public accounting
