Maintenance Technician

Base Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave    Hours & Schedule  Monday – Friday: 8 AM-5 PM Paid rotating on-call participation required Must be available and prepared for emergency events *Schedule subject to change based on business needs    What We’ll Expect From You  Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience #AC6198   If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
