We’re looking for a Front Desk Associate who can provide exceptional customer service, manage check-ins and check-outs, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in with the pups when needed. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk kind of job. Our front desk team sets the tone for the whole customer experience — both human and canine — and also knows how to back up the staff behind the scenes when needed.
