Chief of Agent Contracting & Incentive Operations

StevenDouglas is seeking an executive to lead Contracting & Incentive Compensation for a fast-growing insurance distribution platform. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of agent contracting, licensing, and commission management across a 200,000+ agent population and 300 carrier partnerships. The role requires overseeing a ~100-person team, driving process standardization, and ensuring state licensing compliance and Market Conduct readiness.
