Global Total Rewards VP: Remote Leadership & Strategy

Epiq is seeking a Vice President, Global Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition across a global, multi‑country organization. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this role partners with executive leadership to deliver market‑competitive, financially sustainable programs. You will own the global total rewards strategy, drive governance and analytics, oversee vendor relationships, and lead a high‑performing team.
