Superintendent

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities for commercial and multifamily projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and multiple trades to ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules while identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. Enforce site safety policies and OSHA requirements, including conducting safety meetings and addressing unsafe conditions. Coordinate inspections, deliveries, site logistics, and communication between the field team, project management, architects, engineers, and owners. Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications and identify and resolve field conflicts or construction issues. Track project progress, maintain daily reports, document site conditions, and communicate project updates to the project management team.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role. Proven experience managing commercial and/or multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, sequencing, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and construction drawings. Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction-site safety practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively lead field personnel in a fast-paced construction environment.

Preferred: OSHA 30 certification and experience with construction management/scheduling software such as Procore, Autodesk, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
