Key responsibilities:
Independently manage key close-management routines, ensuring timely completion and issue resolution
Build and enhance the US Controller close reporting package, synthesizing financial data for leadership
Develop analytics and visualizations to improve understanding of financial results and close quality
Required qualifications:
5+ years of progressive Accounting or Finance experience with responsibility for month-end close and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles, with practical experience in reconciliations and financial analysis
Proven ability to operate independently as a senior contributor, managing workstreams and driving projects to completion
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization or business-intelligence tools
Experience using automation and AI tools to improve accounting processes
